Shift: Part-time (12 hour shifts)
About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate
Registered Nurse
to join our team.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care, building positive relationships with residents and ensuring their individual care needs are met.
Your Key Duties
You will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality nursing and holistic care based on individual care needs
Building strong therapeutic relationships with residents
Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans
Regularly reviewing and reassessing care to meet changing needs
Reviewing and managing residents' medication
Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records
Keeping treatment rooms and clinical areas clean, organised and safe
Working effectively with the wider
Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care and nursing documentation
Following
NMC standards, the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice
Following all company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
You will need:
Registered Nurse qualification - RGN, RMN or RNLD
Current NMC registration - essential
1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse
A genuine passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsA professional and caring approach
What You'll Get
