We're Looking for a Registered Nurse!
Location: Bowes Court, Evenwood, Bishop Auckland
Job Type: Permanent / On-site
Shift: Part-time (12 hour shifts)
About the Role
Are you a qualified Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing excellent, person-centred care?
We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
You'll play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care, building positive relationships with residents and ensuring their individual care needs are met.
Your Key Duties
You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality nursing and holistic care based on individual care needs
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with residents
- Assessing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans
- Regularly reviewing and reassessing care to meet changing needs
- Reviewing and managing residents' medication
- Administering medication safely and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping treatment rooms and clinical areas clean, organised and safe
- Working effectively with the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT)
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care and nursing documentation
- Following NMC standards, the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice
- Following all company policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
You will need:
- Registered Nurse qualification - RGN, RMN or RNLD
- At least 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse
- A genuine passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A professional and caring approach
