About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experiencedService Delivery Leadto oversee and enhance the delivery of TEC services acrossGloucestershire. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality and safeguarding standards.

You’ll lead a local team, manage service performance, and play a vital role in the region’s digital transformation journey—supporting vulnerable individuals to live independently through innovative care technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Leadership:Oversee day-to-day TEC service operations, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with TSA Quality Standards and Careium’s values.
  • Performance Management:Meet or exceed KPIs including installation turnaround, call handling, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Development:Lead, support, and motivate a high-performing local team with a focus on engagement, retention, and continuous improvement.
  • Digital Transformation:Drive successful implementation of digital telecare upgrades and service enhancements in line with the digital switchover.
  • Safeguarding & Compliance:Ensure 100% compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with local authorities, NHS bodies, housing associations, and community partners.
  • Revenue Growth:Identify opportunities to grow revenue, including the development of self-funder options and strategic partnerships.
  • Incident Management:Respond effectively to service disruptions, safeguarding alerts, and technical issues with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • In-depth knowledge of TEC systems and devices (e.g. alarms, sensors, fall detectors, IP-based systems).
  • Strong understanding of how TEC supports health, social care, and housing outcomes.
  • Experience managing service delivery operations in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding principles, the Care Act 2014, and TSA Quality Standards.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, monitoring platforms, and digital reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the local care commissioning landscape and community networks in Gloucestershire.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build business cases and contribute to regional strategy.
