We have fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work alongside our dedicated Customer Service Team where you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

With our excellent team of in-house Emergency Call Handlers we maintain our own 24/7/365 Alarm Receiving Centre, along with our own Mobile Response Team.
Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls and Emails
- Dealing with enquiries, providing information on the service we deliver
- Support our clients with the onboarding process
- Taking Payments
- Offboarding clients
You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.
