What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting managers with everyday HR/ER queries and guiding them through fair, consistent processes.
- Support HR and L&D by uploading and maintaining HR-related content on our learning platform (LXP).
- Taking a proactive approach to employee relations, focusing on early conversations and preventing issues wherever possible.
- Contributing to organisational change projects as Careium grows.
- Supporting recruitment, from great job adverts to onboarding that makes people feel welcome.
- Delivering or helping with manager training and people‑focused initiatives.
- Making sure our HR processes remain compliant, future‑proof, and easy for managers to understand.
