What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, web enquiries & follow-up leads
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Guide customers through sign-up and onboarding with clarity and care
- Ensure compliance with data protection and payment regulations
- Support retention through care-check calls and proactive follow-ups
What We Need
- Great communicator with empathy: You build trust easily
- Flexibility: Happy to work evenings & weekends on a rota basis
- Experience in healthcare, telecoms, insurance, or subscription services
- Familiarity with Direct Debit processes (training provided)
