About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer service Advisor/Scheduler to join our dynamic Customer Service Operations team.
You’ll play a vital role in coordinating technician visits, supporting onboarding for new clients, and ensuring seamless communication with adult social care teams.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will help us deliver life-enhancing care to those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage technician diaries for installations, repairs, and collections.
- Support onboarding of new customers under fully managed contracts.
- Handle inbound calls and emails, providing clear and compassionate support.
- Liaise with adult social care and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records across all systems, including account creation and updates.
- Work to meet KPIs and SLAs while promoting a positive client experience.
