As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support our clients and Care Professionals in the community and assist the care management team in the branch.

Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
  • Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
  • Assisting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
  • Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
  • Contributing to on‐call duties

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • Own smartphone to use the company app
  • Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Care Assistant (preferred)
  • Kind‐hearted, compassionate, and motivated to make a genuine difference to clients' lives
