We are looking for an experienced, kind-hearted person to join us as a Senior Care Assistant in Harrogate and surrounding areas. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our care management team in Harrogate to manage client care and support our care professionals. You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car and be keen to make a genuine difference to our clients' lives.
Our Senior Care Assistant role offers the following benefits:
- Guaranteed hours contract with a minimum 30 hours per week

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have a varied role supporting our clients and Care Professionals in the community and supporting the care management team in the branch. Your role may include:
- Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
- Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
- Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
- Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
- Contributing to on-call
