Overview
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support our clients and Care Professionals in the community and assist the care management team in the branch. Your role will include:
Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
- Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
- Assisting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
- Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
- Contributing to on‑call duties
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Own smartphone to use the company app
- Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Care Assistant (preferred)
- Kind‑hearted, compassionate, and motivated to make a genuine difference to clients’ lives
- No sponsorship is offered
