If you are already a Field Care Supervisor, or an experienced Care Assistant looking for career progression, then this is the role for you.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our care management team in Harrogate to manage client care and support our care professionals. You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car and be keen to make a genuine difference to our clients' lives.
Benefits:- Guaranteed hours contract with a minimum 30 hours per week
- High pay rate of £14.00 to £15.00 per hour
- Double time on bank holidays and other designated holiday days
- Paid travel time at your standard hourly rate

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have a varied role supporting our clients and Care Professionals in the community and supporting the care management team in the branch. Your role may include:
Responsibilities:- Providing outstanding care and support to our clients in their own homes
- Supporting, supervising and assessing new and existing care professionals
- Supporting the care management team with assessments and client reviews
- Participating in quality assurance reviews and other audit and control initiatives
- Contributing to on-call
