The Personal Support Worker provides personal care and homemaking services to individuals in the home within the framework of Carefor policies, procedures, standards and quality & risk management. Collaborates with all members of the health care team to meet the needs of individuals and attain an optimal level of independence and well-being.
Carefor is Eastern Ontario’s largest home care and community support services not-for-profit, with over 1,200 employees operating in Eastern Counties, Ottawa, and Pembroke-Renfrew County.
