We are looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead Nurse to support our expanding paediatric complex care services in the community. Our ethos is "Care First - Always". We're passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, child-centered care to children with complex needs and their families. Above all, we're on the hunt for a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our growing team.

You will be supported by our in-house Clinical team who are experienced in delivering solid care for our children requiring complex care and their families. You will be required to travel to our offices in Westerham Kent. Shifts Monday to Friday flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Act in a professional manner and adhere to the NMC code.
  • Support the registered manager in providing leadership to the care and support staff.
  • Oversee the placing of the right staff to the right complex care service user.
  • Deliver a professional and safe service & Patient Safety and Risk Management.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care staff.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients.
  • Contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleagues.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Skills:
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in paediatric nursing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Proficiency in medication administration.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

This position requires a valid nursing license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in paediatric nursing. A valid driving licence and own transport are required.
