As the Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will support and lead nursing and care staff to deliver safe and high-quality care to children requiring complex care. Shifts Monday to Friday flexibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Act in a professional manner and adhere to the NMC code.
- Adhere to Care First 24’s policies and procedures.
- Support the registered manager in providing leadership to the care and support staff.
- Oversee the placement of the right staff to the right complex care service user, ensuring a professional and safe service and incorporating Care First 24 Homecare’s policy on Patient Safety and Risk Management.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care staff.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleagues.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
