Shift Pattern: Flexible hours

Who are we? Care First 24 are a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK, working with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support to ensure clients feel comfortable and safe. We strive to make a positive difference.

Role requirements:

  • You must have 1 year of Complex Healthcare Assistant experience working in a health or social care setting.
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving license preferred.
  • Commitment to quality care and support.

You’ll be providing care and support to an adult and helping access the community and college, with individual needs including:

  • Tracheostomy management and tube replacement.
  • Suction & Nebulisers.
  • Nutritional and Hydration Assistance.
  • Support with ADLs and promote independence.

Salary: £15.00-£19.00 per hour
