We’re on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Complex Care Assistants to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Dorset area.
Shifts: Night shifts 22:00 - 07:00, 7 nights a week.
Who are we? Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK. We work with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We will provide tailored care and support, striving to make a positive difference. We have a robust but fast registration process and induction, and we offer all staff a variety of learning & development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support patients with daily activities, including medication administration and personal hygiene.
- Maintain effective communication with residents and their families, fostering a supportive environment.
Role requirements:
- 1 year of paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality care and support.

- Tracheostomy
- PEG Feeding
- Seizure Management
- Manual Handling
- Oral Suction
- Chest Physio – PEP mask
- Medication administration
