Paediatric Clinical Lead

We\’re on the hunt for a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Clinical Lead to join our growing team. You will be supported by our in-house clinical team who are experienced in delivering solid care for our children requiring complex care and their families within various locations. You will be required to travel to our offices based in Westerham, Kent.

Shifts: Monday to Friday flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Act in a professional manner and adhere to the NMC code.
  • Adhere to Care First 24’s policies and procedures.
  • Positively support the registered manager in providing leadership to the care and support staff.
  • Oversee the placing of the right staff to the right complex care service user, delivering a professional and safe service, incorporating Care First 24 Homecare’s policy on Patient Safety and Risk Management.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care staff.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients.
  • Contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleagues.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Skills:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in paediatric nursing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Proficiency in medication administration.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

This position requires a valid nursing license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in paediatric nursing. A valid driving licence and own transport are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £41,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
