We\’re on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistants to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Oxfordshire area.

Shifts:

Monday to Sunday – 19:00 – 07:00

Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK. We work with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference.

Role Requirements:

• You must have 1 year of paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Driving license preferred.
• Commitment to quality care and support.

You\’ll be providing care and support to a paediatric client, whose individual needs include:

• PEG
• Wound Care
• Personal Care
• Physiotherapy
• Manual Handling
• Activities (Sensory)
• Medication Administration

Salary: £15.00 – £20.00 per hour
