These roles are perfect for professionals who pride themselves on delivering high-quality, complex clinical care within a stable home setting during various shift patterns available, from Long Days or Nights, in short or long term packages of care.

The Role

As the lead carer on shift, you will ensure the safety and clinical stability of a child or adult with complex needs. Example, some of your duties may include the following:

  • Advanced Care: Managing tracheostomy care, BiPAP, oxygen monitoring, and oral suction.
  • Nutritional Support: Managing PEG/JEG feeding and administering medication.
  • Emergency Care: Monitoring for seizures and administering rescue medication.
