Are you an experienced Paediatric Nurse ready to take the next step into clinical leadership? Care First 24, an award-winning care provider, is urgently recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to support our expanding paediatric complex care services in the community. Our ethos is “Care First – Always” — and we’re passionate about delivering safe, high‑quality, child‑centred care to children with complex needs and their families.
The Role
You’ll provide hands‑on clinical leadership, working closely with our Registered Manager and supported by an experienced in‑house Clinical Team. This is a key role where your expertise will directly influence patient safety, staff development, and quality of care. Travel across locations and occasional out‑of‑hours support may be required.
What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Minimum 3 years’ paediatric nursing experience
- Strong background in paediatric complex care
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, risk management & patient safety
- Confident in clinical assessments, care planning & medication management
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle essential
