We\’re on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Workers to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Dorset area.
Shift Pattern
Working on a shift pattern of the following (flexibility is required):
- 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
- 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- 9:00 pm – 9:00 am

Role Requirements
- You must have 2 years of learning disability experience working in a health or social care setting as a Learning Disability Support Worker.
- PMVA 2 years experience required.
- Autism awareness.
- Fluent oral and written English language skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Driving license preferred.
- Commitment to quality care and support.
