We\’re on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistants to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Bournemouth Area.

Shift Pattern

52 Weeks per year Nights – 21:15 – 08:30 Monday to Sunday

Term Time Days Mon/Wed/Fri – 16:00 – 21:30

Days Tuesday and Thursday – 14:00 – 21:30

Non Term time Monday to Friday – 14:00 – 21:30

Role Requirements

• You must have 1 year of paediatric experience working in a health or social care setting as a Paediatric Complex Care Assistant.
• Fluent oral and written English language skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Driving license preferred.
• Commitment to quality care and support.

You\’ll be providing care and support to a paediatric client, whose individual needs include:

• Tracheostomy care and management.
• PEG feeding.
• Seizure management.
• Manual handling.
• Oral suction.
• Chest physio – PEP mask.
• Medication administration.

Salary

£13.00-£17.00 per hour
