Hours Available: Night & Long Day shifts (primary requirement). Flexibility for work is essential.

About the Role: We are seeking experienced and compassionate Paediatric Complex Carers to support various ongoing and very complex paediatric clients as part of care packages within the family home. This role is focused on Long days and night shifts, providing high-level clinical and personal care to ensure the child’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night. You will work alongside other trained carers and/or nurses, delivering consistent and responsive care in a supportive home environment. This is a highly rewarding role suited to someone who is calm, attentive, and clinically confident in managing complex airway and medical needs overnight.

Required Competencies & Experience:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Tracheal and oral suctioning
  • Oxygen therapy (night care)
  • Seizure management
  • Gastro-jejunal (GJ) feeding
  • Medication administration
  • Stoma care
  • Manual handling
