Carefirst Care Services Agency are currently recruiting for Support Workers in Ipswich and surrounding areas to support our clients in Nursing, Residential and Supported Living services. We are not offering any sponsorship and you must have no visa restrictions.
To be considered for this role, you must be:
- A UK Resident and have no visa restrictions.
- A Driver with a full UK Licence with access to a vehicle.
- Have at least 6 months experience in a care setting.
- Willing to support our clients within Ipswich, Woodbridge and Stowmarket and surrounding areas.
- Residing within a commutable distance.
- A caring and compassionate individual.
- Reliable and dedicated to deliver high quality care and support.

Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering person centred care.
- Assisting with all elements of personal care, washing, bathing, toileting etc.
- Using correct moving & positioning techniques to help with mobility.
- Preserving residents' dignity whilst carrying out care.
- Supporting daily routines and activities.
- Helping with nutrition and hydration.
- Assisting with medication administration.
- Maintaining accurate daily records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.
The Carefirst Training Academy will provide you with induction/refresher training, giving you the skill set and knowledge to succeed in your role. Our training is blended to include face to face practical and E-learning.
