Engineering Excellence
- Implement CI/CD & DevOps rigor across SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ERP integrations)
- Scale AI-augmented development (Copilot, Einstein, etc.) to boost velocity by 25-40%
- Architect a robust API-first integration fabric (no more spaghetti code)
- Champion product-led squads & tribes aligned to business domains
- Embed shift-left practices (security, testing, data quality) from day one
