We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Systems Administrator to manage and optimise finance-related applications and integrations across CRM, ERP, and middleware platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting financial processes, managing integrations, and improving data accuracy and operational efficiency across systems. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Sales Operations, and Technical teams to ensure stable and scalable finance system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support finance-related systems and integrations
- Manage data flows between Salesforce, ERP platforms, and middleware tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot APIs, workflows, and automation processes
- Improve system reliability, data quality, and operational efficiency
- Support billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, tax, and expense-related processes
- Coordinate system releases, testing, and change management activities
- Work closely with Finance and Technical stakeholders on enhancements and process optimisation
- Maintain governance, documentation, compliance, and audit standards
- Provide user support and system training where required
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, integrations, or finance systems support
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and CRM/ERP ecosystems
- Experience with middleware, ETL, or integration platforms such as DataBlend or similar tools
- Understanding of finance operations including billing, invoicing, expenses, tax, and revenue processes
- Experience troubleshooting APIs, workflows, and automation pipelines
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working within structured governance and release management frameworks
Nice to Have
- Experience with AvaTax, Expensify, Concur, or similar finance platforms
- Exposure to Databricks, Power BI, or enterprise reporting tools
- Salesforce Administrator or related certifications
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business environments
- Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements
