Senior Business Analyst- Professional Service Automation (Napta/ Kantata, Resource Management, Staffing)

Location: London (Fully remote)

Duration: 6 months with extensions

A Senior Business Analyst with PSA experience is required for one of our global clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in agile methodologies, scrum environments, Kanban, Epics, daily Scrums, BPMN, and Swim Lanes. Experience in requirement gathering, creating user stories, user case studies, and business cases is required.

Should have experience with Professional Service Automation tool-like Napta or Kantata.

• Experience in capturing business requirements and shaping work packages
• Prior experience with Staffing and resource management
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Experienced in BPMN/ UML, GAP / SWOT analysis
• Practical know-how and expertise in business analysis and industry-recognized tools and techniques
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and the ability to articulate the differences in the approaches, tools, responsibilities, and deliverables as a business analyst in either methodology
• Provide support to programme and project implementation, helping with business change/transition and UAT cycles
