Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) Functional Architect is required by a large technology consulting company to design and implement enterprise Quote-to-Cash solutions based on Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced. You will be responsible for:

  • Translating complex requirements into scalable Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Designing and implementing advanced pricing models, including price lists, pricing rules, discount schedules, etc.
  • Configuring and managing pricing procedures, steps, conditions, and formulas within the pricing engine.
  • Supporting pricing strategies across products, regions, and customer groups.
  • Overseeing the Quote-to-Cash life cycle, including amendments, renewals, and order changes.
  • Configuring and optimizing the Order Orchestrator and ensuring integration with downstream systems (ERP, billing, fulfillment).
  • Acting as a solution advisor on architecture, automation, and best practices.
  • Collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Delivering training, workshops, and ongoing support to drive user adoption.

Required experience:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst.
  • Strong hands-on configuration skills in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).
  • Deep understanding of pricing engines, pricing procedures, and pricing models.
  • Solid knowledge of Quote, Order, and Contract life cycle processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce CPQ experience will be beneficial.
