The Opportunity
- Lead and deliver end-to-end change management strategies across Salesforce transformation programmes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and business readiness across multiple business units.
- Partner with programme leads, Salesforce teams, and senior leadership to ensure successful change delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments & adoption roadmaps.
- Own communications and engagement plans, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
- Design and deliver training & user enablement programmes tailored to diverse audiences.
- Track adoption using KPIs, feedback loops & insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Proactively manage resistance through coaching, workshops & stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with admins, developers & analysts to embed change into delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in change management within Salesforce or large-scale CRM programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
- Expertise in methodologies such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or Kotter.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication & facilitation skills.
- Experience delivering training and driving user adoption in agile environments.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Associate, BA).
- Change certifications (PROSCI, APMG, ACMP).
- Experience across complex, multi-region digital transformation programmes.
