Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise SaaS Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in selling our company’s products and services to Enterprise clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth while building valuable relationships and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential enterprise customers, cultivating strong and long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan, ensuring sales objectives are met.
- Prospect, forecast, and maintain a sales pipeline in collaboration with assigned Sales Development Representatives.
- Formulate a compelling annual plan that fosters a culture of execution, focusing on new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and ensuring high retention rates.
- Provide support to direct reports by actively participating in and leading client and prospect meetings.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR, to ensure a collaborative approach to customer engagement and business growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, progress towards targets, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
