A global technology and consulting organisation is seeking a senior Client Partner to manage and grow strategic insurance accounts across the UK market. This role is focused less on aggressive new business acquisition and more on developing long-term enterprise relationships, expanding existing accounts, and identifying cross-sell and transformation opportunities within a portfolio of key insurance clients.
The organisation already has strong delivery capabilities and established client relationships across the insurance ecosystem, including carriers, MGAs, brokers, and the London Market. They are now looking for a commercially astute relationship leader who can deepen partnerships and drive account expansion.
The Role
- Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic insurance accounts
- Building trusted C-level relationships across business and technology stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for account expansion across consulting, digital transformation, operations, data, AI, claims, underwriting, and managed services
- Acting as the executive point of contact for key client relationships
- Leading account planning and growth strategy initiatives
- Collaborating with delivery and solution teams to ensure successful client outcomes
- Driving renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term revenue growth
- Navigating complex enterprise environments and stakeholder groups
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience managing enterprise insurance accounts
- Deep understanding of the UK insurance market, ideally including London Market/Lloyd's exposure
- Proven ability to grow existing client relationships and increase account value
- Background selling IT services, consulting, digital, or transformation-led solutions
- Strong executive presence and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with a consultative approach
Package
- Up to £140k base salary
