Overview: This position leads digital transformation and drives growth of the organization's cloud, ecommerce platform channels, and partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and delivering a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives to support revenue growth and enable innovation and scalability across ecommerce platforms.
- Growing and optimizing ecommerce platforms and digital channels by enhancing user experience, streamlining online transactions, improving catalogue management, and integrating cloud services.
- Leading and managing marketing, product and development teams.
- Designing and implementing frameworks and API-based integrations that allow partners to transact, exchange data, and connect their systems with the organisation's digital platforms.
- Building and developing strategic partner and vendor relationships.
- Ensuring digital platforms are designed for cloud deployment with focus on security, reliability, scalability, and data protection.
- Acting as the primary interface between IT leadership and commercial teams, converting technical initiatives into scalable operational solutions measured against business outcomes.
