Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Power Automate Developer to join their AI & Data Team, leading the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll drive automation strategy, mentor developers, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end automation life cycle, from discovery and solution design through to testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Develop cloud flows, approval workflows, event-driven automations and integrations with enterprise platforms including Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL and Microsoft Graph.
  • Establish Power Platform best practices covering governance, security, DLP policies, solution architecture, monitoring, performance and environment management.
  • Lead technical design reviews, mentor developers and champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, source control, automated testing and DevOps.
  • Build insightful dashboards and reporting using Power BI to measure automation performance, user adoption and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, IT, Security and Data teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development capabilities to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining security, compliance and solution quality.
  • Bring proven experience delivering Power Platform and RPA solutions into production, supported by excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600 etc.) and Azure certifications are highly desirable.
