Lead Cyber Security Engineer
A global cyber security services company is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Engineer to design and deliver defensive security solutions across security architecture, SOC transformation, cloud security, and threat detection.
You will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing defensive security solutions for clients.
- Advising clients on SOC, SIEM, SOAR, XDR/EDR, identity, cloud security, and vulnerability management, shaping solutions, operating models, and design frameworks that fit their business strategy.
- Integrating security controls across enterprise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Guiding engineers and setting technical direction across multiple projects.
- Producing architecture documentation and reusable delivery assets.
- Partnering with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams.
- Building client relationships and acting as the escalation point for complex security issues.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven track record delivering security consultancy within an MSSP, managed services, or consulting environment.
- Designed and implemented enterprise security solutions in Microsoft and mixed-vendor ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft security technologies (Sentinel, Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Entra ID, Purview, etc.).
- Experience in leading SOC teams and capabilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Any experience with Crowdstrike technologies will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
