Job Title: Head of Data & AI

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Define and execute the data strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring data assets are leveraged for maximum operational and commercial impact.
• Technology Ownership:
• Stay current with the latest developments in AI/ML, Databricks, PySpark, and Power BI; evaluate and integrate advancements to improve data pipelines, data science workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Data Infrastructure:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data platforms and architectures, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• AI and Analytics Enablement:
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and advanced analytics can enhance cyber security services, operations, or customer insights.
• Reporting & Visualization:
• Lead the development of interactive dashboards and business intelligence tools using Power BI to provide actionable insights to internal teams and partners.
• Governance & Security:
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and compliance with cyber security and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, data architecture and AI.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data leadership roles, ideally within B2B tech, cybersecurity, or software distribution.
• Expertise in cloud-native data platforms, with strong proficiency in Databricks , PySpark , and Power BI .
• Solid understanding of AI/ML applications in real-world business use cases.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, and data security principles.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and technologies (e.g., Delta Lake, SQL, Python, Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience aligning data capabilities with commercial strategy and business performance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
