We are seeking a Salesforce RCA Consultant with strong expertise in Pricing to design and deliver scalable, high-performance pricing solutions across the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex pricing models using RCA
- Configure price lists, pricing rules, discount schedules, and customer-specific pricing
- Develop pricing strategies based on segments, regions, channels, products, and bundles
- Build and manage Pricing Procedures, steps, conditions, and formulas
- Ensure reusable, governed, and high-performing pricing logic
- Configure Order Orchestrator and support full order lifecycle (amendments, renewals, cancellations)
- Integrate with ERP and Salesforce clouds; support automation via Flow/Apex
- Contribute to architecture, testing, governance, and go-live support
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced
- Strong expertise in Pricing Engine, Pricing Procedures, and advanced pricing logic
- Solid understanding of Quote, Order, Contract lifecycle and Order Orchestration
- Experience in enterprise-scale pricing implementations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Industries (Vlocity)
- Knowledge of B2B pricing models, subscriptions, and complex bundles
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
