Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain D365 F&O environments, including system configuration, user access, and security roles.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
- Manage updates, patches, and hotfixes through Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Support integrations with third-party systems and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support business processes and system enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O administration.
- Strong understanding of security roles, workflows, and system architecture.
