My client is driving a major digital transformation across their vendor portal and marketplace – and they’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Lead to take ownership of delivery, roadmap, and evolution of these platforms.
This is a pivotal role sitting between product, engineering, commercial, and vendor teams, translating strategy into real, measurable outcomes.
You’ll guide the journey, flow, and value creation across a fast-evolving digital ecosystem — not pixel-level design (that’s handled by a third-party design partner), but the bigger-picture product experience.
What you’ll do
- Define and deliver the product roadmap for marketplace and vendor experiences.
- Partner with outsourced development teams to govern build, migration, and delivery quality.
- Validate and challenge design direction at a strategic level — focusing on user journeys and overall flow.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to align priorities and deliver business value.
- Shape and manage backlog, sequencing, and outcomes using Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
- Balance short-term platform stability with long-term transformation and experience improvements.
- Track and report measurable KPIs, adoption, and benefit realisation.
What we’re looking for
- Proven background as a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead in digital transformation, marketplace, or ecommerce environments.
- Strong experience managing third-party / outsourced development partners.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial functions.
- Commercially minded – able to link product decisions directly to revenue, cost, or efficiency impact.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopware is highly desirable, given a short transition window.
- Agile mindset with experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar enterprise tools.
You’ll thrive if you are
- A strategic, outcome‑driven thinker who protects value, not just deadlines.
- Comfortable challenging ideas and driving collaboration across teams.
- Confident communicating with commercial, sales, and technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic, fast‑paced, and motivated by delivering real business impact.
