Business Process Modeller/Order-to-Cash, D365 F&O/is required by a global company to lead the consolidation of its finance and operations onto a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning the order-to-cash process from start to finish.
- Running workshops with finance and operations teams across multiple countries to capture current state order-to-cash processes.
- Designing the future state process, with a clear core and local variations for tax and statutory requirements.
- Producing as-is and to-be process maps and documentation.
- Performing gap analysis between current processes and D365 F&O capabilities.
- Translating the future-state design into business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide system configuration.
- Supporting UAT, training, and go-live phases.
Required experience and skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Modeller on large-scale, ERP-based finance transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes (or similar enterprise processes such as procure-to-pay or record-to-report).
- Extensive process mapping experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience standardising processes across multiple countries or legal entities, including localisation requirements.
- Strong business analysis and requirements management skills, including user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and supporting testing and UAT.
- End-to-end delivery experience, from requirements through to go-live.
