Business Central Finance Support Analyst
We’re looking for a Business Central Support Consultant to assist our finance team in troubleshooting and optimizing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics Business Central . You’ll play a key role in resolving technical issues, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Business Central issues.
- Manage tickets and prioritize support requests.
- Communicate clearly with finance teams on issue status.
- Optimize workflows and improve system efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to third-line support/developers.
- Assist users with navigation, training, and data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance system performance.
