Leadership role responsible for building and scaling the global BDR function across the UK and the US.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a global BDR team (UK + US)
- Define outbound strategy and playbooks
- Set KPIs, targets, and performance management
- Hire, coach, and develop BDRs
- Align closely with sales leadership and AEs
- Drive pipeline generation across all regions
Requirements
- Proven experience leading BDR/SDR teams
- Background in cybersecurity/MSSP/SaaS strongly preferred
- Experience building teams from scratch (key)
- Strong operational and coaching capability
- Comfortable in a high-growth, PE-backed environment
