The role is with one of our clients, a Global Management Consultancy, seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to deliver a suite of agents to improve productivity for an AI product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, an understanding of AI technologies, and a strategic vision for creating innovative solutions.
As a Product Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Development teams, design, data science, and marketing teams to deliver cutting-edge AI products that solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities:
- Define the Product vision and strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Define detailed product requirements for AI features, working closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Help drive the development and integration of machine learning models and AI algorithms into the product.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging AI technologies to keep the product competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI product features from ideation to launch.
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions about product features and prioritise improvements based on customer needs.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Must come from a Microsoft-centric tech background.
- Microsoft based, Neo4j, vector database, Azure.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1-2 years of experience working with AI/ML-driven products.
- Experience working with large-scale AI systems or machine learning models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms mainly Azure, and how they support AI/ML product development.
- Familiarity with AI product development processes, including working with data scientists and engineers to bring AI solutions to life.
- Experience working in an agile product development environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving problems and creating value through AI-driven solutions.
- Management Consultancy background preferred.
