  • Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics F&O Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale European ERP transformation programme involving the migration from Microsoft Navision (NAV) to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

The successful candidate will play a key role in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, testing, cutover planning, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition from legacy NAV environments to a modern D365 F&O platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities throughout the full D365 F&O implementation lifecycle.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Customer Service functions.
  • Analyse existing NAV processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardisation.
  • Drive quote-to-cash process transformation, ensuring integration between Oracle CPQ, Dynamics CRM, and D365 F&O.
  • Conduct gap analysis between current-state NAV processes and future-state D365 F&O capabilities.
  • Support data migration strategy, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and implementation partners to deliver business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders across multiple European regions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and business readiness activities.
  • Assist with cutover planning, go-live preparation, hypercare, and legacy system decommissioning.
  • Produce high-quality functional documentation, process maps, and business analysis artefacts.
  • Required Experience
  • Extensive experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations.
  • Strong background working as a Senior Business Analyst on ERP transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Navision (NAV) environments and migration projects.
  • Deep understanding of Finance, Operations, Order Management, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience supporting data migration, master data management, and ERP cutover activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience working within multi-country or European ERP rollouts.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

Desirable Experience

  • Oracle CPQ integration experience.
  • Dynamics CRM / Customer Engagement experience.
  • Previous experience on NAV-to-D365 migration programmes.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, technology, or professional services environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure-based integration and data migration tools.
