- Lead D365 F&O Transformation: Drive the end-to-end migration from legacy Microsoft Navision (NAV) to Dynamics 365 F&O, including requirements, process design, gap analysis, solution validation, testing, cutover, and legacy-system decommissioning.
- Own Quote-to-Cash Transformation: Lead business-process analysis across Oracle CPQ, Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement, and D365 F&O, ensuring seamless alignment of customer, product, pricing, quotation, sales order, invoicing, and financial data flows.
- Drive Integration & Solution Alignment: Work closely with integration architects and developers to define and validate API, OData, middleware, and batch/real-time integrations between D365 F&O, CRM, Oracle CPQ, and other enterprise platforms.
- Manage Legacy NAV Migration: Assess the existing Navision landscape, lead data and process mapping, identify migration gaps and risks, and ensure data quality, reconciliation, transformation, and cutover readiness for D365 F&O.
- Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate ERP/CRM functional consultants, solution and integration architects, developers, data migration specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables are aligned with the overall solution.
- Drive Governance, Risk & Delivery: Support ownership of scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, budgets, RAID management, testing, and go-live readiness using Agile/Scrum and structured stage-gate delivery practices.
- Senior Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as a trusted bridge between business leadership, C-suite stakeholders, functional teams, and technical delivery squads, translating complex business requirements into actionable F&O solutions and resolving cross-functional conflicts.
- Ensure Business Value & Go-Live Success: Challenge solution designs and business processes to ensure they support scalable operations, financial controls, and commercial objectives, while proactively resolving dependencies such as CPQ pricing, CRM customer data, F&O inventory, order management, and financial/ledger requirements before go-live.
