Dynamics 365 F&O Delivery Manager β European Implementation
Contract & Location: 6-month contract - 2 days per week in London office.
Rate: Β£525/day Outside IR35
Role:
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Delivery Manager, leading a complex European implementation and migration from legacy Microsoft Navision (NAV) to D365 F&O.
- Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end programme delivery, including implementation, legacy NAV decommissioning, data migration, cutover, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and RAID management.
- Integration: Lead the integration strategy across D365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement, and Oracle CPQ, overseeing API, OData, middleware, real-time and batch data flows.
- Business Transformation: Drive the quote-to-cash transformation, ensuring seamless data and process integration between Oracle CPQ, Dynamics CRM and D365 F&O.
- Team Management: Manage cross-functional delivery teams comprising ERP/CRM functional consultants, solution/integration architects, developers, data migration specialists and other technical resources.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key interface between senior/C-suite business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, providing clear governance, reporting, decision-making and issue resolution.
- Experience Required: Proven track record delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementations, with strong understanding of legacy Microsoft NAV, data migration, enterprise integrations and Agile/Scrum or Microsoft Sure Step methodologies. Experience with Oracle CPQ, Salesforce or D365 CRM integrations is highly desirable.
