Lead Power Automate Engineer is required by a global Software Company and to lead the design, development and delivery of automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform.

This is a lead technical role with hands-on delivery and solution ownership, where you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design, development and deployment of automation solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Identifying automation opportunities by analysing business processes and translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Establishing automation standards covering governance, security, performance, monitoring, maintainability and data privacy.
  • Integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs, Azure services, SQL databases and other enterprise systems.
  • Monitoring solution performance, measuring adoption and driving continuous improvement.
  • Mentoring team members, leading technical reviews and promoting best practices across automation initiatives.

Required experience and skills

  • Extensive experience designing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Azure services and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Azure integration services, Dev Ops, CI/CD, source control and application lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to deliver production-ready automation, workflow or integration solutions in complex business environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading technical discussions and mentoring others.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and solution quality.
