This is an excellent opportunity for an actuary with experience in specialty lines pricing and a strong background using the Hx platform to deliver key pricing insights, drive model development, and lead portfolio performance analysis across a diverse book of business.
The Role
Working closely with underwriting, actuarial and data teams, you will:
- Support the development and enhancement of pricing models across specialty classes
- Deliver rate change, profitability and portfolio performance analysis
- Provide actuarial insight to support underwriting and strategic decision-making
- Assist with pricing tool development and embedding best practices across the business
- Contribute to pricing reviews, model validation and governance activities
- Partner with stakeholders across underwriting, finance and actuarial functions
About You
We're interested in speaking to candidates who have:
- Significant experience within specialty insurance pricing
- Strong working knowledge of the Hx pricing platform
- Experience building, maintaining or enhancing pricing models
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- FIA or equivalent
