We are looking for a motivated and caring individual to join our expanding team as a Medical Operations Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive patient experience in a medical clinic setting. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to develop new skills is essential. This is a remote role with occasional team meetings in London or Nottingham.

You will be instrumental in supporting the clinic’s operations by managing patient appointments, coordinating communications, and maintaining accurate records. Our team wishes to offer expertise in screening, diagnostics and e-commerce relevant to our core ambition to be the best in the field for heart health prevention, optimisation and recovery.

Remote working with occasional travel required as needed - £27 days holiday per annum - Discretionary bonus after 2 years service.

  • Assist with booking appointments for patients, ensuring all necessary details are recorded accurately in the system, following clinic protocols.
  • Prepare and type letters, memos, and other documents for patients and clinic staff as needed.
  • Embrace learning opportunities and take initiative to develop new skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • All our patients’ details must be managed in line with data protection laws and with the utmost confidence.
  • Occasional travel to meet with the rest of the team as required.
