You will work closely alongside the two company directors, gaining hands‑on experience across all areas of the mortgage process while learning directly from experienced advisers. The Role
This is a varied role where you will support the advisers while learning the full mortgage process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting advisers with mortgage case administration
- Keying mortgage applications and managing documentation
- Liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors
- Managing cases from application through to completion
- Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the process
- Learning the skills and knowledge required to progress within the industry
