Life Insurance Adviser (Consultative – HNW Clients, Fully Remote)

This is a rare opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term career with one of the UK’s most respected names in Financial Services. Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm, has a well-established and growing Life Insurance division focused on providing thoughtful, high-quality advice to high-net-worth clients.

As part of their continued, steady growth, they are looking to welcome a small number of experienced Life Insurance professionals into their team. This is a fully remote role within a culture that values flexibility, integrity, and long-term client relationships—not sales volume.

This is not a high-pressure or volume-driven environment. Instead, you’ll be working with clients who are seeking trusted, professional guidance. The focus is on quality over quantity, with high levels of client engagement, excellent retention, and a strong average premium well above the market norm.

You will be seen not as a \”salesperson\”, but as a long-term adviser—helping clients make well-informed decisions to protect themselves and their families.

What Makes This Different

  • A genuinely consultative position with no cold calling
  • Focus on long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Excellent client retention and conversion rates
  • A strong culture of learning, trust, and professional development
  • Full support and sponsorship through RO1 and RO5 qualifications

Your Role

  • Providing tailored advice on Life Insurance and Protection through structured telephone-based consultations
  • Working exclusively with warm, qualified leads in the HNW market
  • Conducting detailed fact-finds to fully understand client needs
  • Maintaining high standards of documentation and client care
  • Becoming a trusted and knowledgeable adviser, not just a product provider
  • Participating in a structured training programme that supports both personal and professional growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Life Insurance or Protection
  • A strong understanding of client care in a professional environment
  • The ability to explain complex options in a clear, thoughtful way
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A mindset focused on long-term value, not short-term wins

What’s on Offer

  • A competitive base salary (rising with experience and progression)
  • A performance-related bonus structure, focused on client outcomes
  • Sponsorship for further industry qualifications (e.g. RO1, RO5)
  • A clear, long-term pathway towards becoming a Financial Adviser
  • A supportive, experienced team that values collaboration over competition

This is a fantastic chance to move away from transactional work and into a role where your guidance and professionalism are valued. If you\’re looking for a career—not just a job—in a business that invests in its people and puts clients first, we’d love to hear from you.
